Exchange students supported by the United States Embassy showed their support to the Philippine Halal industry initiatives.
Last August 2, representatives from YES Alumni Association Philippines, AFS Intercultural Programs Philippines, Hubert Humphrey Association and DTI Philippines met to explore opportunities for partnership.
The meeting hopes to “pave the way for a new wave of sustainable Halal industry advocates”.
Director and Program Manager Aleem Siddiqui M. Guiapal is one of the mentors of the new partnership.
“We thank Aleem Guiapal for taking us under his wing and providing us with the necessary support to make this happen,” said Jornani Sinsuat, Vice President of YES Alumni Association Philippines.
